Smite Offers Gem Discounts For Both PC And Xbox One

This is perhaps a huge year for Atlanta based developer, Hi-Rez Studios, especially for their game entitled Smite. As their free-to-play MOBA has received numerous updates, in-game additions and major events from the company to offer for their fans. From the addition of the new Japanese pantheon that brings several new playable characters Amaterasu and Raijin and multiple in-game events hosted during the course of the year.

According to the report from Attack of the Fanboy, Hi-Rez Studios is now currently offering a 33 percent discount to the all of the purchasable gem pack of their game Smite. Some predicted that this would be Hi-Rez Studios' final offer for the game this year and expected to receive more in the following year. As of now, players can now purchase these gem packs in their lowest price of the year. The price list of all gem packs are as follows: 200 Gems is now priced at $3.34, 400 Gems at %5.35, 800 Gems is now $10.04, 1500 Gems at $16.74, 2500 Gems at $23.44, 3500 Gems is now only priced at $33.49 and finally, 8000 Gems which can be purchased at $66.99.

However, it is worth noting that these offers are only available for PC and Xbox One platforms only. Meanwhile, there are no official words regarding the gem sale on PlayStation 4. For those players who are patiently waiting for gem sale after missing out during Black Friday, this might be your last chance to grab these gems in their lowest price. Especially for those who want to complete this year's Odyssey Event and receive the limited tier 5 skin for the hero Anubis without committing too much cash.

Aside from the gem sale, it seems like the Ultimate God Pack also receives a pretty big discount as the bundle's price is now dropped 50 percent on Steam store or Xbox Live marketplace, which is a great opportunity for those players who are in search of a new game to play.

Smite currently has 83 playable characters to choose from with additions done on a monthly basis. In addition, the 84th character will be formally revealed in the Hi-Rez Expo which will take place this upcoming January 5-7, 2017.

Smite is now available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
