World of Van Helsing: Deathtrap is now available for purchase by XBox Live Gold users. It is the first Games With Gold for January 2017 and it came earlier than expected. This video game is a tower-defense title with elements of action-RPG that was initially launched for PCs in 2015. Finally, it made its way to game consoles through XBox Live.

The Player Must Stop Otherworldly Creatures

This new video game will take the player beyond the world of Borgrovia, directly into the depth of the convoluted and mysterious otherworld. The World of Van Helsing: Deathtrap is covered by dark mists. There is a series of fortresses that were built in ancient times to prevent the horrible creatures and elements from coming in.

But these fearful monsters have returned and are intent on killing and pillaging Van Helsing's world. The player's mission in the World of Van Helsing: Deathtrap is to stop these creatures before they are able to conquer the world of Borgrovia. To defend the fortresses, the player must choose the heroes, and rebuild and improve its magical machines and ancient traps.

The Player Has Many Challenges To Face

World of Van Helsing: Deathtrap is a single-player campaign to defeat the destructive hordes that want to destroy the fortresses. It is therefore classified as a tower defense game combined with some elements of action RPG. To help him fulfill his mission, the player is provided with all the powerful devices, magical spells and other heroes that he needs to defend the fortresses.

There are 100 levels in World of Van Helsing: Deathtrap, with over 50 skills in each class. There are three specializations in the game: shooter, magician and mercenary. These three characters have more than 150 levels of upgrade each. The player needs to develop these characters by using more than 25 various traps. That means the player will spend considerable, but exciting time in this game.
