Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Update: Another DLC Based On Dragon Ball Super Coming Very Soon

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is reported anew to receive another downloadable content (DLC) coming up very soon. According to latest news, the upcoming content will come straight from the anime series, Dragon Ball Super, to include several characters.

Dragon Ball Super DLC

Just a couple of weeks ago since Dimps and Bandai Namco rolled out the first DLC pack for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, latest reports have already surfaced that the second DLC has been in the works set for release very soon. According to a Christian Times report, the DLC Pack 2 of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is highly inspired by Dragon Ball Super with key characters to come along with the expansion, including Champa, Vados, Super Saiyan Vegito, Super Saiyan God, Super Saiyan Pink Goku Black and Zamasu.

Apparently, Dimps and Bandai Namco time are taking inspiration from the giants in the Future Trunks arc of the said series. If this report is accurate, then Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 players is bound to receive the biggest and powerhouse expansion in game's history.

More DLCs Coming Soon

Similar report also stressed out that more contents are still being worked in the labs and it would likely be another Dragon Ball Super inspiration, particularly deriving from the new Universe Survival arc of the anime. It is not surprising though that characters from the anime are making their way towards the game since Cabba and Frost pioneered it last month.

It can be recalled in a previous interview with the game's producer, Masayuki Hirano, wherein he underscored the publisher's desire to bring in contents from Dragon Ball Super to the game. Hirano also pointed out that they are looking into the possibilities of incorporating future contents based on community suggestions.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is now available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC.
