Here Are The Next Possible Pokemon GO Events

A new year has arrived, and of course, Pokemon GO players are wondering what sort of things Niantic will offer. As of this writing, the studio has yet to reveal any official announcements. The anticipation for the next possible event(s) is already brewing. So far, here are some of these that fans can expect this 2017.

It's worth noting that the most recent events introduced to Pokemon GO are the Christmas and New Year's. Both of these, obviously, have already ended. In an article from Mic, the next plausible event might be Easter. There's no doubt that this is going to be an obvious choice from the developers.

The publication states that there's one thing Pokemon GO and Easter shares together -- Eggs. This event here might just offer creatures that are egg-based. Or perhaps, players will be able to acquire rare species from a rather typical 10 KM eggs. Niantic could also resort to bringing Easter-designed eggs, something that perfectly fits with the season.

The aforesaid Pokemon GO event may bring various rewards and bonuses, too. One of these are free incubators. Or if not, they might be offered with huge discounts. The idea is that stuff related to eggs might be more of significance during this event.

Next on the list is the Pokemon GO event Fourth of July. This is actually quite interesting. One is the fact that it's a big celebration for most of the people in the United States. Second, and more importantly, it marks the first full circle of the game. Remember, the hit mobile app was first launched around July last year.

If rumors serve this right, the aforementioned Pokemon GO event might finally bring the highly anticipated Legendary Birds. And oh, it could include the titular Mewtwo and Mew. And if this happens, expect fireworks and stuff to overwhelm the game's atmosphere.

What are your thoughts on the next possible Pokemon GO events? Do you expect one of them to happen this year? If so, what are your expectations? Be sure to share us what you're thinking at the comment section below!
