DJI Drones And Other Products To Buy This 2017: Phantom 4 Special Edition, Osmo Mobile, Mavic Pro, Phantom 4 Pro

DJI has undeniably done a good job in providing amazing drones last year. With that, drone enthusiasts cannot wait to see what the company is planning to release this year. Nevertheless, since the company has just released a number of new drones late last year, there still aren’t a lot of news as to what the new models will be. It’s still worth noting though, that DJI’s most recent drones are still some of the most recommended drones for 2017. Here’s a quick overview of what you can buy from DJI this year.

DJI Mavic Pro, Phantom 4 Pro, Inspire 2 And Matrice 600 Pro

DJI has just released its latest drone units a few months ago. This includes the Mavic Pro, which is practically one of the most talked about drones as of writing and one of the most amazing ones on the market. This also includes the new-gen units of trusted DJI models such as the Phantom 4 Pro which is every professional drone flyer’s dream, Inspire 2, which is every videographer’s filming buddy, and the Matrice 600 Pro that’s known for its high-tech battery technologies. All these drones are very intelligent, easy to fly, easy to control and offer high-quality imagery. They are reasonably priced as well. They're not too cheap but in general, you get exactly what you pay for.

DJI Osmo Mobile Silver

DJI has just recently unveiled the Osmo Mobile Silver which is basically a handheld stabilizer for smartphones. Its ergonomic design allows smartphone users to create cinematic videos without the need for bulky and complicated equipment. As per DJI's post, users can use the DJI GO app to do more with their footage and to create a more dramatic story. Easy live streaming to social media is also possible with the new tool and DJI’s app. The DJI Osmo Mobile Silver is priced at $299 in the US with a shipment schedule of mid to late January.

Phantom 4 Special Edition

DJI is introducing a new and a more colorful version of the well-loved Phantom 4 drone. In celebration of the Chinese New Year, the company worked with illustrator Martin Sati to make the Phantom 4 more appropriate for the special event. The designer added colors and symbolisms to the Phantom 4, making it a great sight to see this Chinese New Year.

It’s still worth noting that the Chinese New Year Phantom 4 Edition is still as amazing as the regular version. It still records 4K and it still comes with advanced sensing technology. Technically, it is still as smart and as sturdy as the original Phantom 4. This new drone will be made available through Apple Stores, DJI Online Store, Tmall DJI Store and select DJI Flagship Stores. Additionally, it will be priced $1199. DJI is one of the most talked about companies when it comes to drone quality so there’s no doubt that its future releases will be just as high-quality as expected.
