Samsung's much-touted Galaxy S3 has been one of the hottest selling smartphones of 2012 and now a new battery kit by Zero Lemon which increases the battery capacity of the smartphone by more than three times is available for purchase.

In December 2012, Samsung released an extended battery kit for the Galaxy S3, which would increase the battery capacity to 3,000mAh, giving users an additional 900mAh. Zero Lemon previously launched a 6,300 mAh battery for the Galaxy S3 and now a 7,000 mAh battery is also available.

The Galaxy S3 is shipped with a 2,100 battery which offers up to 11.6 hours of talk-time and 770 hours of standby-time on 3G. With the Zero Lemon 7,000 mAh battery kit, Galaxy S3 owners can now increase the battery capacity by more than three times.

The kit comes with a 7,000mAh battery and a back cover for the Galaxy S3 in either Marble White or Pebble Blue colors. As the battery is bigger in capacity, it is also bigger in size. To accommodate the bigger size, the battery comes with a specially built replacement back cover for the smartphone.
