Probably two of the biggest and most popular mobile games of recent memory are Clash of Clans and Clash Royale. It's not really a surprise if these titles reach such recognition. After all, they all hail from the same developer -- Supercell, that is. But still, the question that remains: which is better?

Despite the many indifferences, Clash of Clans and Clash Royale share the same world. Well, that's because they both function in a similar universe. They have the same characters or troops to offer. Clash of Clans, in particular, is more of a strategy game. One needs to have a good plan in order to raid villages successfully. Clash Royale, on the other hand, is a tad different. It's more a tower-defense game, a very popular genre in the industry. Players go up against real-time players and play the theme of the title. The aim of this game is to destroy an opponents' tower as quickly as possible. This one alone here already differentiates itself from Clash of Clans.

No amount of articles or write-ups can really tell which one is better. Is it Clash of Clans? Or perhaps it's Clash Royale. At the end of the day, it's all about whether or not players are enjoying. Are they having a great time when playing these games? Well, absolutely! Because if not, these titles wouldn't have been considered successful in today's mobile gaming industry.
