Harada confirmed on his official Twitter account that they will not feature classic characters on the game's upcoming DLCs. Instead, they will offer a special content for their fans who plan to purchase the future expansion packs.
According to the report from The BitBag, Harada said during his interview with IGN that players who owned the game's season pass will be receiving a unique game mode, exclusive costumes, special characters and 30 metallic costumes. It seems like Harada and the rest of the team are planning to add new content without featuring older characters through the game's expansion packs. In addition, Harada also mentioned about an upcoming free update. However, there are no further details regarding the topic yet.
Based on the report, fans might think that Harada's statement means that they will not be receiving classic characters and other contents in the latest entry. However, the Director tweeted some of the game's characters and costumes in their previous games.
