'Pokemon GO' Gen 2 update is packed with new Pokemon. As many players know, not all these Pokemon can be obtained in the wild. Here is the list of new Pokemon that you can obtain through eggs, as well as the steps on how to catch them.

Pokemon GO Gen 2 Update: Generation 2 Hatch Guide

BGR shares their report in the list of Pokemon that you can obtain through an egg. They are categorized based on the distance that you need to cover, in order for the egg to hatch, such as 10km. 5km, and 2 km.

At 10 kilometers, trainers can hatch Mantine, Skarmory, Gligar, Sudowoodo, Pineco, MAreep, Militank, and Larvitar.

At 5 kilometers trainers can hatch Stantler, Wobbufet, Qwilfish, Dunsparce, Yanma, Girafarig, Elekid, Sneasel, Phanpy, Wooper, Natu, Tyrogue, Smoochum, and Magby.

Lastly, at 2 kilometers, trainers can hatch Aipom, Cleffa, Pichu, Misdrevus, Ledyba, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Chikorita, Slugma, Remoraid, Igglybuff, and Togepi.

Take note that Gen 1 Pokemon can still hatch from eggs. It means, it is not guaranteed that trainers will get Gen 2 Pokémon only.

Pokemon GO Gen 2 Update: List Can Still Be Modified

The list of Pokemon that trainers can hatch from eggs may still change. Mic stated that the guide is far from being official yet, as it came from the early data found in the 'Pokemon GO' community, just recently. An update will be released anytime soon.

The egg hatching guide can be quite useful to trainers who are prepping for gym battles, as well as trainers who want to complete the Pokedex will benefit from the guide for now.
