Moto G5, G5 Plus News And Updates: Device Now Available In Brazil Ahead Of Launch

The upcoming Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus are expected to be showcased at the Mobile World Congress 2017 (MWC) in Barcelona. However, the upcoming 32 GB model recently appeared on sale on website OLX Brazil for almost $385.

Leaked Handset On Sale

According to Phone Arena, the listing of the smartphone was immediately removed, however, the image has been circulated over the internet. The smartphone on sale comes with a package box, manual guide and accessories, which includes earplugs, battery and other accessories need for phone charging. The upcoming handset that is on sale on the Brazilian OLX shows Moto G5 with Turbo Charger and instructions manuals.

Moto G5 Specs

The Moto G5 will come with a five-inch Full HD AMOLED display. It is powered by a Snapdragon 430 clocked at 1.4GHz and an Adreno 505 GPU, which generates an excellent graphics. It comes with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 128 GB via microSD.

The new handset will feature an excellent 12 MP camera. It comes with autofocus, flash, touch focus, face detection and HDR-like functions. The front camera has 5 MP, which is best for video chatting and selfies. Moto G5 will be powered by 2,800 mAh battery for rapid charging. It measures 144.3 x 73 x 9.5 mm and weighs 145 g, as per BGR.

Moto G5 Plus Specs

On the other hand, Moto G5 Plus will have a 5.2-inch FHD Gorilla Glass 3 display. It will have an internal storage of 64 GB, which can also be expanded up to 128 GB. Moto G5 Plus measures 150.2 x 74 x 7.9 mm and weighs 155 g. It comes with TurboPower charging with a capacity of 3,000 mAh.

Lenovo acquired Motorola and Motorola heavily influences the upcoming handsets. Both Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus come with a fingerprint sensor to unlock the device.
