Emil is one of the original characters from NieR. In the newest installment, players can fight him. However, Emil is considered as a secret boss, which means that his location is a secret.

In order to get to Emil, his house is located at Center crater at City Ruins. At the crater wall, players will find an elevator that will lead to his house. Players must remember that they can only face the seller if they have finished Lunar Tears side quest.

According to Gameranx, before the start of the secret boss battle, players must get a mask of Emil's face and return to him at the Desert Zone. Once they are done talking to the seller, they must return to his home and face Emil.

Emil will try to kill the players after entering his house. Players need to prepare because he is already at level 99. The only way to counter and to survive the battle is to be at a level higher than the seller but if they are not that powerful, then it is better not to engage in a match with him.
