Horizon Zero Dawn Guide: Ways In Killing Thunderjaw

Guerilla Games' Horizon Zero Dawn is one of the played games today. However, players are having a hard time defeating some of the enemies in the game. Fortunately, Thunderjaw is not that strong as what others think.

Killing Thunderjaw In Horizon Zero Dawn

Thunderjaw is one of the tough to beat enemy in Horizon Zero Dawn. It has special weapons that made it unbeatable. In addition, its special skills will give the players a hard time to escape his attacks. However, just like any other game, there is a way to kill it.

Although before killing Thunderjaw, the players must destroy its disc launcher first. According to USGamer, Tearblast Arrows can destroy its weapon. Once it has been destroyed, the T-rex is more vulnerable without its priced possession.

The players can then use Tearblast Arrows in order to kill the robotic T-rex. With those arrows, they can take down its armor. They need three arrows and fire it at the same time in order to damage Thunderjaw. After shooting it, the armor will fall off.

Thunderjaw's beating heart will show once the armor has been removed. The next thing they need to do is to use hardpoint arrows to strike its vulnerable body. They need to keep on firing the arrows to make sure the T-rex will be killed.

Safety First Is A Must In Horizon Zero Dawn

As per Segment Next, beating Thunderjaw to death may sound easy but the players must watch out for the surroundings. The reason is that the T-rex will fire its missiles and the only indication that it will happen is by blue lasers.

Another important note in killing Thunderjaw is to make sure never to stop destroying it until it is not moving. The best thing to do in defending themselves is by dodging its attack before countering it with a Tearblast arrow.

Thunderjaw may seem to be the strongest enemy in Horizon Zero Dawn but it is one of the easiest enemy to take down. The players just need to be mindful of their offensive and defensive strategies in order not to harm themselves when killing the robotic T-rex.
