'Naruto Shippuden' Episode 500 (Finale) To Feature Naruto And Hinata's Family Life

"Naruto Shippuden" finally released the schedule for its finale. The hit ninja action drama would end with its 500th episode. "Naruto Shippuden" episode 500 will air on March 23. The anime will be followed by a new series focusing on Naruto's son, Boruto, on April.

Previously, it was speculated that the series would end in episode 489 airing on Thursday, March 9. However, according to a report, there will be two more episodes. The finale episode was announced on the newest edition of Shuiseha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. There are speculations the anime will feature Naruto and Hinata's life after marriage. "Naruto Shippuden" episodes 494 to 498 will feature the adaptation for "Konoha Gaiden: The Perfect Day for a Wedding."

According to Otaku Vines  "Naruto Shippuden" episode 500 might give fans a glimpse of Naruto and Hinata's family life, the birth of their son, Boruto and daughter, Himawari, as well as the whole family's status before Naruto, became the new Hokage. It was revealed that Naruto was close to his children during their early childhood. Before Boruto became the rebellious child that he is, he was especially close to Naruto and the two spend time together with Naruto teaching him some ninja techniques as shown in the Boruto movie.

"Naruto Shippuden" episode 500 might also tease the new generation ninjas as a prelude to "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations." Sakura and Sasuke's son, Sarada, and the other new characters for the upcoming series. On the other hand "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" will start on April 5. The series is expected to start with light brand new arcs not included in the manga. Like the first Naruto series, Boruto's story would start on Boruto's entrance to the academy. As the son of the Hokage, Boruto will feel alienated by his classmates and be burdened with big expectations.
