Mercedes-Benz Debuts First Luxury Pickup At 2017 Geneva Motor Show

Many people were excited when the Mercedes-Benz X-Class, the automaker's first luxury pickup truck concept made its debut at the 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show. Apparently, the excitement is not yet over as the Mercedes-Benz X-Class Luxury pickup is set to make another appearance at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show that is scheduled to take place in a few days.

Mercedes-Benz X-Class: Making Another Appearance

According to a report, the Merceds-Benz X-Class Luxury Pickup truck will make another appearance at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show. This time however, it appears that the Mercedes-Benz X-Class will be even better than the one that made its debut last year. Other external features to expect include a set of 22-inch wheels to give it better ground clearance along with underbody guards designed to protect the parts of the truck if taken to rocky terrains. It also has an electric winch to help it get out of sticky off-road situations.

Mercedes-Benz X-Class: The Fate Of The Pickup Truck

According to a report, it has not yet been decided by the automaker whether or not it will bring the Mercedes-Benz X-Class to the North American market. However, it was also mentioned that there is a very big possibility that Mercedes-Benz will bring its luxurious pickup truck in the U.S. Given the huge market in America, it would not make any sense of Mercedes-Benz does not bring the X-Class pickup to the land of the free.

Mercedes-Benz X-Class: The Wait Continues

Previous reports have already stated that there is a strong possibility of the Mercedes-Benz X-Class to reach the North American shores depending on market conditions. It has also been previously reported that Mercedes-Benz is continuously observing the developments in the market. Given this fact, those that are looking forward to see the Mercedes-Benz X-Class can only hope that the automaker brings it to the U.S. for now. In any case, the automaker is sure to give more details about the Mercedes-Benz X-Class when it makes its debut.
