He suggested that Jace being an honorable man will not ruffle the newfound romance between Clary and Simon. Hastings says Jace is a knight in shining armor, and he will take time before she tells her the truth.

There Will Be Some Complications

Adding their own "Shadowhunters" Season 2 spoilers, showrunners Darren Swimmer and Todd Slavkin hinted that this budding love triangle will take a more complicated turn during the season two's second half.
