Fans of "My Hero Academia" Season 2 were finally treated with the release of its premiere episode last Saturday. The first Japanese episode was aired both on Hulu and Crunchyroll with English subtitles regaling the fans in the West and other English speaking countries. Die-hard fans who have been waiting for its release in the past months can now continue savoring fresh and more exciting adventures of Deku and his friends.

The premiere episode of "My Hero Academia" Season 2 continues the story of Izuku Midoriya who is also called Deku. Fans have grown to love this boy because they can easily relate with him. Deku is just like them, a normal human being without any power, but is working to rise up from his weaknesses and become a mighty and powerful hero.

Deku's ambition was spurred when he encountered All Might, the great hero of heroes. All Might inspired Izuku when he told the young boy that he also can be a hero just like him. The thing is Deku could not have been so obsessive in getting superhuman powers if only his world is not full of superheroes. However, in the world of "My Hero Academia," a lot of people are born with superpowers called Quirks.

Therefore, Deku is an exception to the norm. This made him determined to become a hero himself. Thankfully, All Might gives Deku his "One For All" quirk which enables the young boy to manifest its powers. In "My Hero Academia" Season 2, Deku will continue his studies in the U.A. High School. The aim of this school is to develop the next generation of Heroes.

According to some reports, "My Hero Academia" Season 2 will double its airtime. There will also be a total of 25 episodes in this season.
