Is Selena Gomez Really In Love With The Weeknd? Body Language Reveals Stunning Details
It was earlier reported that Selena Gomez and The Weeknd are engaged. They might get married in August, it was speculated. The two has not declared anything about their relation until now. However, the way these two have been spotted on various occasions, they seem to be dating. Their body language on those pics has revealed critical details about what might be going through in their mind about the relationship.
Patti Wood, the author of "Snap: Making the Most of First Impressions, Body Language, and Charisma," analyzed the body language in the photos. The first time these two were spotted together was in January. Wood finds a worried look on The Weeknd's face. He was probably tensed that paparazzi captured them together. "To me there's tension-he has his hand over hers, but he's pulling it down away from his neck a little bit," Marie Claire quoted the body language expert as saying.

Wood analyzed a number of other photographs, where Selena Gomez is found getting intimate with The Weeknd. He finds her putting more energy. Probably, Selena is the "more in need" one, more demonstrative and the less secure one in the relationship. However, this photograph from March gives another perspective. This was one of the rare moments of PDA from The Weeknd. The body language expert finds his touch cherishing. He does not think it's "overly sexual" either. As Selena leans back on The Weeknd, it shows that he "respects and honors exactly where she is in this moment," Wood says.

Meanwhile, Bella Hadid has silently unfollowed The Weeknd's Instagram account. Hadid might have been offended by the blossoming relationship between Selena Gomez and the Canadian singer. She said in February that she would always love The Weeknd. No matter how things are, she does not want to "burn a bridge" that she has fought so hard to build. Elle reports that The Weeknd is still following her when last checked.
