‘Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 Zombies Chronicles’ Video Teaser Unveils 8 Remastered Maps

Activision recently announced that it would release eight remastered maps for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. The publisher continues to hype this map pack by launching a video teaser showing how these maps look like. Based on the teaser, it seems that these are old Zombies maps that have been upgraded with new high-def graphics.

The Maps Are Heading First To PS4

These eight remastered maps of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 are heading to PS4 very soon. The game publisher has posted short clips of some of the remastered maps on the internet so that avid fans of the game could have a peek. This map pack is supposedly the fifth and final Zombies DLC of the video game.

Activision first showed glimpses of these remastered maps of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 in its official Twitter page. The maps revealed some of the most familiar sections of Nacht Der Untolen and other places in the video game's open world. While the clips are short, it nevertheless showed the marked graphics improvements that were made in the remastered maps.

The Quality And Depth Of The Visuals Are On A Higher Level

The eight remastered maps possess quality and depth of lightings and visual effects that are definitely on a higher level than the original maps of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. Three of the maps belong to World at War. The fourth map is taken from the original Black Ops, bombed and bloodied, and showing the familiar Zombies that roamed the place.

Other remastered maps that come with the latest update of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 include Kino der Toten, Shino No Numa, and Verruckt from World at War, Origins from Black Ops 2, Ascension and Shangri-La Moon from Black Ops. These maps are set to be released on May 16 on PC and Xbox One. As usual, other platforms will get their copies a month later. This update costs $30.
