This character is joining the cast of the video game along with Starfire and Sub-Zero, who, according to Warner Bros., are also included in the characters of Fighter Pack 1.

He Came Back From The Dead

In Marvel's Universe, Red Hood's real identity is Jason Todd. At one point in his life, he was with Robin, Batman's protégé but Joker brutally killed him. After many years, he was brought back to life by the healing waters of the Lazarus Pit. Upon his resurrection, Jason became a changed man and is now using Red Hood's cloak in Injustice 2 to wage war against criminals through a vigilante-type of revenge.

Here's How He Will Make The Game More Exciting

Red Hood's reveal was done in the 2017 Combo Breaker fighting game competition. He was included in Injustice 2's trailer reveal where Killer Instinct was also featured. This reveal hinted that this character is the next one on the list of playable characters in the video game.

Injustice 2 was actually launched earlier this month on Xbox One and PS4 where it was well-received by the gaming community. With the additions of Red Hood in the gameplay, it is likely that its popularity will increase even more.
