On October 19, the Europe's Schiaparelli probe crashed landed on Mars. Reason of the crash was attributed to a bad data the vehicle gathered, which made it think that it had already landed.

Schiaparelli, the Mars lander of the European Space Agency, has reportedly crashed following its six-minute descent towards the red planet’s dusty surface.
