Final Fantasy XV: Square Enix Hosting Next Active Time Report On June 23; Will Unveil Details Of Episode Prompto

Square Enix has recently announced that it is again hosting another Active Time Report for Final Fantasy XV. The event will be held in Japan at 8:00 p.m. on June 23. Some observers believe that this event will be focused on a recap of its activities at E3 2017 and the revealing of some details about the expanding FF XV universe and the upcoming DLC Episode Prompto.

As usual, the Active Time Report for Final Fantasy XV will be a live stream event where Square Enix will share some recent information about the game and the company's future plans. With the release date of Episode Prompto coming soon, it is expected that more relevant details about this DLC will also be unveiled at the forum.

Hajime Tabata, the director of Final Fantasy XV and Akio Ofuji, its marketing manager will serve as hosts of the Active Time Report. This event was predicated on the fact that the universe of FF XV is continuously expanding. Gladiolus was the subject of the previous expansion and now fans are just waiting for the release of Episode Prompto, the game's latest DLC expansion.

With the release of Final Fantasy XV Episode Prompto on June 27, gamers will be able to take the role of this school buddy of Noctis, the main protagonist of the game. In this expansion, Prompto is on a path to discover his roots. Of course, there will be enemies that will make his life difficult.

A lot of observers believe that the release of Episode Prompto could signal a distinct change in Final Fantasy XV. The trailer of this DLC expansion shows Prompto taking down his enemies by using all kinds of weapons, from short arms, long-range rifles, and bazookas. They say the game is turning out to be more like an RPG now. Fans will have more of the details when they tune in to the Active Time Report coming up.
