Samsung Unpacked Releases Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra: 5 Cameras and an S Pen

Samsung Galaxy S22 has long been rumored to resurface and replace the Samsung Galaxy Note devices. Tech enthusiasts have long been looking forward to the reveal of the next line of devices Samsung will release in this month's scheduled Samsung Unpacked event.

The rumors and leaks are indeed true, the Samsung Galaxy S22 is finally available to the public.

Furthermore, the newly unveiled Samsung Galaxy S22 also has undeniable similarities from the Samsung Galaxy Note line.

Samsung's new Galaxy S22 Ultra is a 6.8-inch Android phone that's styled like the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra from 2020.

Samsung Galaxy S22 S Pen

On a live blog on Tech Times, Samsung reportedly exerted a lot of effort in the detail of having the S Pen. In addition to that, Samsung also claims that the device is three times more responsive than both the Samsung Galaxy S20 and Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra.

Samsung was confident with Galaxy S22 Ultra's claim due to the phone's ability to make more accurate predictions due to artificial intelligence.

The S Pen on the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is just one device feature. In addition to that, the company designed the device Galaxy S22 to have five cameras.

On top of that, Samsung also designed the device to have greater graphics made possible by the Dynamic AMOLED 2x display capable of reaching 120 frames per second.

Furthermore, Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra was designed to provide users with a better experience under the sun. As a result of the new technology from Samsung, the new device is capable of reaching a peak brightness of 1750 Nits with the help of a "vision booster" and "tone mapping," among other features.

The 4nm, Samsung's most recent processor, will also be integrated into the device that the company claims are the fastest chip they have ever made.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Specs

An amazing feature that can be seen across the Samsung Galaxy S22 line, the S22+ with 6.1- inch display and S22 with a 6.6-inch display, will have a 120Hz refresh rate.

Users in the United States who order the device will receive the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor as well as a large 5,000mAh battery capacity.

In addition, the Samsung S22 camera can record 8K video at 24 frames per second and 4K video at 60 frames per second.

Photographs and videos taken in low light will be better quality, and portrait mode shots will be more accurate thanks to a new depth map.

On the other hand, The standard S22 and S22+ devices will have reduced rear cameras from four to three, ultra-wide, wide, and with 30x space zoom.

However, all three smartphones are equipped with a front-facing camera with a resolution of 40 megapixels.

The new Samsung Galaxy S22 models will be available for preorder starting today and will go on sale on February 22nd. Furthermore, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra price will be $1,119.

While the price of the Samsung Galaxy S22 will start at $799, and Samsung Galaxy S22+ price will be $999, with the S22 being the most affordable.
