Samsung Galaxy M33 5G Gets SIG Bluetooth Certification

GSM Arena reported that the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G, which was rumored since December, has received a Bluetooth certification, bringing it one step closer to release.

The Bluetooth-certified Galaxy M33 5G has the product name SM-M336B DS, where DS stands for dual-SIM compatibility.

For those curious to know why this certification is important, the cybersecurity experts 7layers explained that the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) had created a qualification program, and all devices that use Bluetooth technology must be Bluetooth SIG approved or certified.

The Bluetooth SIG certification guarantees that devices from various manufacturers will work together, adding that this accreditation is required for products that use Bluetooth technology.

Customers may check whether a device or module has passed Bluetooth certification by looking at the Bluetooth SIG's list of certified products.

Despite the fact that the report did not release any further information, Tech Radar reported some rumored details about the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G device.
