The Xbox Series X Quick Resume update leak appears to have an improved setting, allowing gamers to pin two games at a time.

Xbox Series X Quick Resume Feature Update Leak Shows An Improvement

Microsoft's Xbox Series X and Sony PlayStation 5 have numerous similarities in their specs, features, and performance. One of its similarities is their optical drive which is both equipped with 4K UHD Blu-Ray Drive.

Additionally, Xbox Series X is much more powerful under its hood, while the PS5 counters with a better SSD.

Despite this comparison, ComicBook reported that Xbox Series X contains one of the best features of the console that PS5 does not have, which is the Quick Resume.

For those who do not know, the Xbox Series X Quick Resume feature allows gamers to effortlessly transition between two games or even return from where the players left it off, per Games Radar. In addition to this, players can also quickly pause games that support the feature and go straight back into their game without needing to load screens and menus.

In fact, the Quick Resume feature also enables players to head straight to the game even if the console has been switched off.

Through Xbox Velocity Architecture, this feature was made possible.

Furthermore, Games Radar also noted that the Xbox Quick Resume is activated by default, this only means that owners will no longer require to undergo a step-by-step process to have it.

Even though this feature appears to provide numerous benefits, a new Quick Resume update leak shows that Microsoft is improving it.

The said update leak was first observed in Twitter user @Klobrille with a caption that reads "New Xbox Series X|S feature now in testing."

To elaborate, the new feature, which is accessible to Xbox Insiders only, enables users to pin up two titles using the Quick Resume feature. Through this, the pinned games will forever stay there even if numerous titles have been launched.

However, it is worth noting that the games pinned will never disappear there until it was patched unless they are manually removed.

In relation to this, some fans have requested Microsoft to have an option to disable Quick Resume.

Although Xbox hasn't confirmed that this feature is in the works, Xbox's Jason Ronald teased the console fans by saying, "We are working on a number of improvements to Quick Resume to give players more options based on feedback."

Ronald encouraged Xbox Gamers to "stay tuned."

Xbox Series X Restock Update!

According to Tom's Guide, as of 5:10 p.m on Feb. 18, there are no single restock possibilities for the Xbox Series X.

On the other hand, one of the gamers' favorite Xbox All Access is available at Walmart. Furthermore, an Xbox Series S bundle is already available on Amazon.

With the Xbox Series X scarcity, Tom's Guide also noted that gamers must check out their inbox for some email since Microsoft is sending out Xbox Series X replenish invites once again. Unfortunately, keep in mind that the email invites are being distributed at random.
