Miami Heat Chris Bosh Not Coming Back; Boston Celtics Trade No More?

Miami Heat has yet to issue a medical clearance that will allow Chris Bosh to play again for the team. Meanwhile, the Boston Celtics has reportedly given up in catching a big named player for the time being.

Chris Bosh suffered two blood clots attacks on February of this year, according to the Miami Herald. He has been taking blood thinners to remove the clots. Medical experts believed that Bosh would have no problem playing as long as the thinners are out of his body.

However, UHealth Doctor Robert Myeburg cautioned Bosh if he plans to play basketball while the thinners are still in his body. There is also the speculation on whether Bosh would have to take blood thinners for the rest of his life.

Myeburg said that athletes like Bosh are more than likely to get blood clots in contrast to the rest of the population. Bosh claimed that the thinners therapy is just temporary. However, the Miami Heat seems to be looking for reassurances.

Miami Heat President Pat Riley said that he will make his decision with regards to Bosh on August or September this year. The announcement was not taken well by Bosh. There are speculations that Chris may file a complaint with the players association if management does not allow him to play.

Meanwhile, the Boston Celtic has recently signed up Gerald Green and Tyler Zeller, according to the Boston Herald. However, Danny Ainge has yet to clinch a deal involving a big name player, according to an earlier iTech Post report. There have been earlier rumors that the Boston team may get Oklahoma Thunder player Russell Westbrook or Blake Griffin from the LA Clippers. However, both players and their respective teams seem uninterested in any trade deal.

Lately, there have been rumors that the Celtics are negotiating with the Philadelphia 76ers for Jahlil Okafor but it seems to have gone nowhere, according to sources.
