Apple iOS 10 Beta 7 Now Available For Developers And Public Testers

Apple is putting everything on high gear to ensure that the upcoming iOS will arrive without a hitch. The Cupertino-based company is doing so by speeding up the releases between the beta testings.

How To Get iOS 10?

According to BGR , Beta 7 is available for anyone with a developer account, or anyone that is already registered in the beta testing program. In order to download the new testing, those capable need only to go to Settings → Software Update. The entire thing is only 60MB to acquire, which only means that the update is a small one.

On the other hand, if without iOS Beta 6 or lower, developers need to go directly to the Apple Developer site in order to get the update. The same thing is applicable for users that are only enrolled on the public beta testing - however, can only acquire until the 6th beta testing.

What Is New In The iOS 10?

Reportedly, Apple has a new lock screen coming with iOS 10, as Tech Crunch reports. The new lock screen is expected to have a new notification feature, complete with live widgets. In addition, the Photo app will receive an overhaul, allowing it to use facial recognition, deep learning categorization and automated album-creation.

The other application that is receiving a major renovation is the Messaging app. Users will able to place effects on messages, view link previews and third-party extensions, as well as get creative with an emoji feature.

Apple Maps, Apple Music, HomeKit and the Phone application are also expected to receive their own respective face lifts.

Unless Apple strays away from its regular schedule, iOS will be made publicly available in the next few weeks, or at least before the year ends. But if the speed results of beta tests are anything to by, added to the fact that the recent test likely only has small fixes, it is possible that the iOS 10 will be made available soon.
