"Rum Diaries" Actor Johnny Depp suffered a very public divorce with ex wife Amber Heard early this year with the latter getting a settlement worth $7 million. Now that the divorce had already finalized, will Vanessa Paradis take Johnny Depp back?
Vanessa Paradis and Johnny Depp were together for 14 years and have two children together. The two seemed inseparable until Johnny Depp dumped her for a much younger Amber Heard. Since they were never married, Vanessa Paradis got nothing out of their split and was left to care for their two children Lily-Rose Depp and Jack Depp.
During Depp's divorce proceedings, Vanessa Paradis was very vocal about her thoughts on Amber Heard's domestic violence accusation to Johnny Depp. She released a statement saying, that Depp is a loving, sensitive, loved person and that she believes that the accusations being made are outrageous. She also said that Johnny Depp never physically abused her during their time together.

Sources mentioned that Johnny Depp seemed happier with Vanessa Paradis than Amber Heard. Marrying Amber Heard only made his self destructive behavior much worse and that he looked worse each time he is seen in public.

Getting back with Vanessa Paradis might do "Labyrinth" actor Johnny Depp some good and even the family of Depp think so too. According to an interview, a source close to the family revealed that, "Johnny and Vanessa are best friends, even now. Vanessa has been there for him through the entire thing. After everything that's happened she will always stand by him. I'm rooting for them to get back together. We all are."
Whether she is only being civil with Depp to protect the interests of her children, or if she still loves him, only Vanessa Paradis can decide if she will ever take Johnny Depp back.
