WWE Survivor Series Update: Possible Matches Already In Place

One of the best pay per view in WWE is almost here and this might be the biggest. Survivor Series, the second longest running pay per view in WWE history will again recreate the foundation of sports entertainment.

This year's edition is already considered by respected sites and reporters as the big one. Since this will be the 30th anniversary of the show, Smackdown commissioner Shane McMahon and general manager Daniel Bryan already issued a challenge to Monday Night Raw.

Last week on Smackdown Live, Shane O' Mac and Daniel Bryan just made a major announcement with regards to this year's Survivor Series. Their main goal is to bring back the traditional five on five series against the best of Smackdown and the best of Raw.

They made a list of their proposal and that includes, the traditional 5-on-5 challenge for Male superstars. 5-on-5 challenge as well for the Female superstars and a new twist on the traditional challenge which is a 5-on-5 tag team Survivor Series Match. Now the only question is, who are the competitors on this match and what are the other matches to watch.

Since this is the biggest Survivor Series and it's a four-hour show, we will have at least 7 matches already lined up. As per Forbes Blake Ostreicher and his sources, this is what's on the list right now but things can still change. Remember when Paul Heyman issued the challenge against Goldberg? Well, we might see it in this years Survivor Series. Brock Lesnar vs Bill Goldberg II is a match you don't want to miss.

Also, we have the WWE Universal Championship on the line and it will be Kevin Owens(c) vs Chris Jericho, WWE World Championship will be defended by A.J Styles(c) against Dean Ambrose. Dolph Ziggler will also try to prove that his win against Miz was no fluke as they will battle for the Intercontinental Championship.

For the traditional 5-on-5 Survivor Series match for male superstars, Team Raw will be led by, Neville, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Rusev and Sami Zayn. Team Smackdown will have John Cena, Luke Harper, Kane, Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt.

For the Women's 5-on-5 traditional match. Team Raw: Sasha Banks, Bayley, Charlotte, Emma and Nia Jax.
Team Smackdown: Nikki Bella, Alexa Bliss, Carmella, Becky Lynch and Naomi.

Lastly, for the 5-on-5 tag team match, Team Raw:Enzo Amore & Big Cass, Cesaro & Sheamus, Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson, The New Day and The Shining Stars. Team SmackDown: American Alpha, Heath Slater & Rhyno, The Ascension, The Hype Bros, and The Usos.
