Based on the official synopsis for the upcoming "Naruto Shippuden" episode 480, it will tackle the story of Naruto as a young boy, before he discovers his skills in the battlefield. It will feature Naruto with the Nine-Tails still sealed inside of him as the story of his childhood unfolds. However, it is not only his backstory that will be discussed in the upcoming episode, but Hinata's as well.

Upcoming Episode Of "Naruto Shippuden" To Open Brand New Arc; Filler Episodes Coming

It has been reported that the upcoming episode 480 of "Naruto Shippuden" will be divided into two - one part talks about Naruto's childhood while the second part will talk about Hinata as a young warrior. Since the upcoming episode will be opening a brand new arc, it is going to be entitled "Boyhood Arc," in reference to their stories as young boys before they ever became who they are now.

The next few episodes of "Naruto Shippuden" will be serving as filler episodes, as reports have claimed that episode 481 will focus on the story of Sasuke and Sakura. Episode 482 on the other hand will feature Gaara and Shikamaru, while episode 483 will feature the stories of Jiraiya and Kakashi.
