iOS 10 Jailbreak Update: Pangu Waiting To Strike, Tool Already In Existence

In the past month, Apple has released iOS 10 and two updates that quickly followed. And while the world has been holding its breath for a jailbreak tool from Pangu, none has come forth. New reports indicate, however, that the hacking group already has the technology in its hands and is simply waiting for the right time to strike.

As The Christian Times notes, it was previously believed that Apple had finally stumped Pangu as it still has not released the jailbreak tool. In addition, the Cupertino-based company was releasing updates in such quick succession, which many assumed included additional secret security features. But it seems that Pangu might just be more calculated this time around.

According to iJailBreak, it is now speculated that the hacking group has already created the jailbreaking tool for iOS 10. After all, Pangu did claim that it had broken in the beta testing of the new OS from Apple. However, the tool is likely to still be in development and Pangu simply wishes to perfect it first before officially unleashing the same to the market.

The publication argues that Pangu is simply trying to expand the compatibility of the tool to more devices, as this will minimize issues in installation. As this has happened in the past, it would make sense why the group would prefer for things to go without a hitch. Following this, it is possible that the basic requirements exist, but simply need to be tidied up.

Another issue that Pangu might be avoiding is the imminent irrelevance of an iOS 10 jailbreak tool. With every update that Apple issues, a new tool needs to be worked on and produced. And with the speed that Apple has been releasing its updates, the group's hard work can quickly be made insignificant. It is possible, therefore, that the jailbreak tool will be released once there is more space to breathe.
