Ryan Murphy, the creator of "American Horror Story" Season 6, recently announced at "PopFest" that the TV show will have a crossover between "Coven" and "Murder House." This is a welcoming news to the avid fans of AHS season 6. They have anticipated this crossover event in the current season of the show.
This Will Be A Bizarre Crossover
Murphy said that they have already talked to the actors of the two shows. "We do know what we're going to do. It's not going to be next season, but we are going to do a season that's a crossover between Murder House and Coven together, which is very bizarre," he said. But he clarified that it won't happen in the seventh season.
He explained that the crossover of "American Horror Story" Season 6 is simply "out of scheduling." The first season of "American Horror Story" is titled "Murder House" which debuted in October 2011. The story plot of that show was about a family who lived in a haunted house. They didn't know about the unspeakable events that happened a few years before they moved in.
Murphy Is Talking To The Actors Involved
Ryan Murphy explained that he is not really certain on how the current season will go down, but it certainly will not be the 7th season of the series. The third season of the series was Coven. It is set in Louisiana where a group of young witches was practicing their craft. One character that fans loved in that series is Madison Montgomery played by Emma Roberts. She might reprise her role in the crossover.
Fans are also very eager to know if Jessica Lange will reprise her role in "Coven" or "Murder House" for the upcoming crossover in American Horror Story" Season 6. But no matter how eager the fans are, the actress has already signified that she's already done with the show. Murphy is already talking to the actors involved to clear up their schedules for this project.
