Luke's New Power Is Kept Under Wraps

The newly acquired power of Luke is said to be developed over many years. But it remains under wraps with only a very few details revealed until the release of "Star Wars" episode 8. These rumors seem to originate from Mike Zeroh's YouTube Channel. Immediately after he uploaded the video, it went viral.

The Force Is Not Just Awakened By Luke

Luke was hiding in his secret lair since he failed in training his nephew, Ben Solo, now Kylo Ren. But there's a spoiler in "Star Wars" episode 8 that seem to indicate that he has developed more awesome powers than before. This may have been revealed through a scene in the movie.

In that scene, Rey and Kylo were inside an Ahch-To hut and having a conversation that Luke does not want. He tried to stop the two and gets angry, and then the whole hut disintegrates. It is unclear how the hut disintegrated but the revealed information indicated that Luke accidentally did it with his newfound power.

In "Star Wars" episode 8, it appears that this Ahch-To hut is serving as a Jedi temple. It is interesting that Kylo Ren finds himself in this temple at some point in the movie. This is the place where Luke's anger was unleashed and his new power revealed. Will this be the power that will be able to bring down the final Star Destroyer? Fans will have to wait for the reveal a little longer since the film is set to be released on Dec. 15, 2017.
