Ghost Recon: Wildlands - Ubisoft Announces Open Beta; Better Than Tom Clancy's The Division?

Ghost Recon: Wildlands is expected to be release on 2017. Before the release however, the upcoming game's open beta is set to start sometime early next year.

Ubisoft Announces Open Beta Play For Ghost Recon: Wildlands

The upcoming game Ghost Recon: Wildlands will have an open beta play according, to Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot. He did not mention any specific date only that it's going to be in the first quarter of 2017. This will not be the first beta play for Ghost Recon: Wildlands. Guillemot said that there will be several beta plays including open and closed ones, according to Gamespot.

Beta Plays - A Time To Test Game And Get Players' Feedback

The Ubisoft CEO said that the beta plays are needed to test the game and get the feedback from the players as well. Guillemot said that Ghost Recon: Wildlands will be a "revolutionary game" in contrast to its earlier game, Tom Clancy's The Division.

A lot of players criticized The Division for falling short of its promises that include variety of technical issues as well as numerous glitches and exploits. Ubisoft is determined not to repeat the same mistakes with The Division. It is assumed that the developer will fix any glitches found during the beta play in coordination with the game testers and players.

The Game: Ghost Recon: Wildlands

The game story line focuses on a select group of US Special Forces that have been chosen from various branches of the military, according to the official Ubisoft site. They are called "Ghost", hence the title of the game. The game will allow players to customize their own character.
