Rezvani Beast Alpha Update: Pre-LA Show Debut Image Teases 'Sidewinder' Doors

Rezvani Motors, one of the rising superstars in the American auto industry has introduced a couple of beasts since it was founded in 2014. Now, it's about to introduce another one with a different twist. With only a few more days before the LA Auto Show where it is expected to make its debut, a teaser image has been released featuring the upcoming vehicle's "Sidewinder" doors.

The Teaser

The Rezvani Beast Alpha has been set to make its debut at the LA Auto Show on November 16. However, it seems like the automaker could not help but tease people that are anxiously waiting for its arrival by releasing a preview image. The picture shows one of the key features in the upcoming Beast Alpha, the door they call "Sidewinder". Carscoops reported that this particular door opens out and slides over to the front. They also added that this is not something people have seen yet in any car.

Other Specs Of The Beast Alpha

Autocar reported that the car is powered by a 2.4-liter supercharged engine from Honda with a six-speed manual gearbox that has 500 brake horsepower. The car itself weighs at 748kg due to its carbonfibre bodywork which allows the Beast Alpha to go from zero to 60mph in less than three seconds.

Other Features and Price Range

Power windows, locks air bags and air conditioning are part of the features of the Rezvani Beast Alpha. Traction control and a removable targa-style roof panel are also features people can look forward to. As for the price of the Beast, the standard one is at $165,000. However, the price for the Rezvani Beast Alpha is yet to be confirmed at the LA Auto Show.

Will It Click?

The reception people will have with this new concept remains to be seen. However, enthusiasts will certainly be intrigued by the Sidewinder doors which will be showcased at the 2016 LA Auto Show.
