‘Justice League’ Star Ben Affleck Recounts Son's Playdate With Prince George And Princess Charlotte

While everyone seems to be well-informed about royalties, Ben Affleck seems to be a step behind. At a momentous event, the "Justice League" actor seemed to be unaware that his four-year-old child Samuel had been playing with royals Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

As Affleck sat down for an interview with the "Graham Norton Show," he shared about one of his son's play dates which happened at an indoor play center in London earlier this year.

The actor recounted them visiting the Windsor Castle, Tower of London and Buckingham Palace. He said that they had not seen any royal during the trip. As the rain poured, he sent his son to the indoor park, which he noticed was pretty empty.

"I noticed this weird vibe from the other grown-ups," he said. "They were all very well dressed and they had earpieces and I thought, 'For a kids' place this is tight security!'"

Later did the actor realize the reason for all the odd happenings at that time. "I was the very last person to realize that Prince George and Princess Charlotte were in there playing with my kid," Affleck said.

In relation to their Eurotrip, people threw in questions on whether Affleck and Jennifer Garner were planning to relocate the kids to the city as they were seen visiting a couple of times in a year. At "CBS This Morning," the "The Accountant" star emphasized the sentiment again.

"Life doesn't always turn out exactly the way you want," Affleck shared. "We're doing our very best and we're putting our kids first and that's how we're focusing on our day to day lives and we don't know what the future's gonna hold, but each step that we take is one where we prioritize our children and everything else comes second."

Affleck continued to give his commendations to Garner, who he said has been an excellent example and lead for him to follow. He added that the actress is someone he respects and remains friends with.
