Pokemon Go Update: Does Rare Pokemon Spawn Increase After The Patch?

Several reports from players that a massive increase in Pokemon Spawn has been recorded after the latest Pokemon Go update. Apparently, Niantic also launches its mini-event prior to the celebration launching of the Daily Quest feature. The event will grant players an increase on items looted in PokeStops and Pokemon Spawn. With the current spawn increase, some Pokemon Go players are wondering if rare Pokemon spawns are also affected.

According to the reports from Otakukart, the massive increase in Pokemon Spawns is in general, so most likely players are going to see rare Pokemon spawning frequently. In addition, there will be a number of clustered rare Pokemon spawns. For instance, a player can encounter multiple Dragonites or other rare Pokemon at the same spot. Good news is that it is not a theory, as players around the globe have experience this as well.

Meanwhile, it seems like the region-exclusive Pokemon is also becoming a common spawn as well. Based on the reports from several Pokemon Go players, they had noticed an increase in region-locked Pokemon spawns. Additionally, players will also have a chance to encounter region exclusives on Pokemon cluster spawns. However, it is worth noting that these region-locked Pokemon remained unreleased to the public. That means they will still spawn within their respective regions.

Interestingly, aside from cluster spawns, players also encountered several Pokemon appearing in pairs. This happens a lot on the previous Halloween event. However, it seems to have continued until now. Therefore, this will further increase the players' chances to catch multiple ultra rare Pokemon, instead of just catching it one at a time. It was highly suggested that players start catching Pokemon right now and begin stacking these ultra rare and region-exclusive Pokemon.

More Pokemon Go updates coming soon. Stay tuned.
