The limited edition trim comes as a promotional package for the upcoming "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" film that will be hitting the theaters very soon. Nissan enthusiasts that are also fans of Star Wars are surely not going to want to miss this one.

The 'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story' Limited Edition Trim

According to a report from CNET, the Star Wars special edition trim will only be available in the 2017 Rogue SV for an additional price of $1,990. The 2017 Rogue SV model has a 2.5-liter engine capable of 170 horsepower, paired with an Xtronic continuously variable transmission (CVT) that will come in front-wheel drive (FWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD) options.

The Force Package

Autoblog reported that the 2017 Nissan Rogue One Star Wars Edition will come in Magnetic Black and Glacier White. Adding to the standard Sun and Sound Touring Package in the SV trim, the Rogue One Star Wars Edition trim will get interior and exterior features that will make it stand out among the rest including a grille and lower trim piece, roof rails and rear door trim that are all painted in gloss black.The interior features a crest of the Galactic Empire on the passenger side while the driver's side gets the Rebel Alliance's Starbird crest along with illuminated doorsills, unique carpeted floor mats and cup holders that also bear the logos of the Galactic Empire and Rebel Alliance.

Special Edition, Limited Numbers

Since it is a limited edition, it will naturally come in a limited number. According to CNET, there are only 5,400 units for the Rogue One trim, 5000 of which will be allocated among dealers in the U.S. and the remaining 400 will be distributed in Canada.
