Earlier this year Fujifilm announced the X-A3, an update to its entry-level X-A line, and one this is one of that made it to our recent pick of the best mirrorless cameras for starters. Fujifilm has gotten the wraps off its new X-A10 compact with the mirrorless camera complete with a newly developed 16.3-megapixel APS-C sensor.

It will be available as an entry-level model, but Fujifilm mentions that the new sensor, combined with its image processing technology will enable you to shoot premium quality images. The X-A10 features will excite selfie and Instagram fans, A portrait enhancer and image filters to make sure you look at your best.

The X-A10 Specifications

The X-A10 design is more likely to the X-A3 from earlier this year, sporting an 180-degree tilting LCD and self-timing features for great selfie use, but it just uses a lower-resolution 16-megapixel sensor rather than the newer 24-megapixel component. That must put it more in line with last year's X-A2 in terms of image quality, despite that camera's screen only tilted 175 degrees but still in progress.The X-A10 slots in at the bottom of Fuji's range. Moreover, It has a native ISO range of 200-6400 and 49-zone autofocus. It also sports six of Fuji's luscious film simulation modes, and that includes the does-what-it-says-on-the-tin detailed and vivid Classic Chrome. In addition, there's full HD video recording, Wi-Fi for smartphone-connected remote shots and image downloads, and the really handy electronic shutter - which will allow shooting at up to shutter speeds of 1/32,000. And being a Fuji cam, it looks the business too - sharply retro without being too pushy, and enviably handy and light.

The X-A10 Price

 Well, The X-A10 promises to be another great addition to the growing Fuji range, and at £499 it's not incredibly expensive either. So you could just forget about all that nonsense and take great pictures of landscapes and buildings. Stay tuned for more update.
