Samsung Galaxy S7 Is Getting A New Feature That Will Make It Look Identical To Another Flagship You Already Saw

Tech giant Samsung announced that it will be selling its flagship Galaxy S7 Edge in a "black pearl" color, which is a new feature that many believe it could give unprecedented results to what it have been considered one of the best phones in 2016. While there are many customers that would see this new presentation as something magnificent, there are others who think that this is a very bad move for the South Korean company, given the fact that this smartphone would be extremely similar to the new iPhone 7, which also ships in a shiny Jet black color.

A New Feature That Might Increase Sales

According to CNET, despite the divided opinions regarding the new feature, this move only represents how important it was that Apple changed the color of its flagship, given the fact that it makes it gain a lot of  customers that many other important smartphone brands are doing the same in order to have the same effect.

This is a big bet in which the companies are giving more importance to sales instead of how identical its products are with the iPhone 7, which is exactly the case that the Galaxy S7 Edge will face. Apparently, the only catch about this new feature is that you can only have the "black pearl" Samsung´s flagship in the 128 GB version, and is still unknown which are the countries that will have this product.

The Galaxy S7 Edge Already Has Many Other Color Options

According to Daily Star, far from being something brand new, this new feature is something that the South Korean company has done many times with its smartphones, and has many other colors available for the Galaxy S7 Edge, like Pink Gold, Black Onyx, Blue Coral, Silver Titanium, White Pearl and Gold Platinum. Although the highly expected flagship Galaxy S8 is about to come in the next months, Samsung still wants to boost-year end sales with this smartphone.
