Arguably one the greatest YouTube sensation in history, PewDiePie sure knows how to make the headlines. The native of Gothenburg, Sweden is best known for his Let’s play commentaries and vlogs. Two days ago, he shocked the world.

PewDiePie Origins

Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg or PewDiePie(online YouTube alias) is a web-based comedian and a creative video producer. He is one of the first web-based comedians that made an enormous amount of money by doing what they do best. PewDiePie will discuss anything under the sun. He is not afraid of criticisms and that is why he is very successful. PewDiePie is a hit magnet. His average hit per video is at 7 million views. While others are struggling to get to 100 thousand views, PewDiePie is doing it easily. Speaking of views or hits, there are a lot of YouTube users stating that there’s a drastic change in the number of their hits.

Numerous reports are already circulating the internet about them not getting their average hits. PewDiePie then took action about this abnormality when it comes to numbers. He was able to notice that the numbers start dropping last month. He compared it with a graph and was puzzled about the discrepancy. PewDiePie mentioned on his channel that it is his responsibility to make a video about the issue because not everyone in YouTube has a voice.

PewDiePie And The YouTube Error

PewDiePie made it clear that if the trend continues, a lot of YouTube channels will be killed. Regardless if you are a small scale or big scale channel you will be hit. PewDiePie is already affected by the numbers but he is still making a lot of views and money compared to small scale group. He keeps reiterating that he doesn’t care about his numbers(because he knows he can survive) and and just want to help small scale YouTube channels who are just barely making it.

In other news, PewDiePie pulled off the biggest prank in YouTube history. It was a couple of months ago when he promises to delete his channel if he reaches 50 million subscribers. Well, he did reached 50 million subscribers and he did keep his promise. He deleted his other YouTube channel. He made a lot of noise with that prank and will go down as the single greatest prank in YouTube history.

What’s Next With PewDiePie?

According to one of his affiliate, PewDiePie is ready to move on. Yes he already deleted his other YouTube channel but is already planning to delete his main page. His family member states that he is getting stressed out with the fiasco that is going on right now and has to deal some personal issues. We are not sure yet if this is true as he is a natural prankster but basing on the latest videos that he made, he looks very tired and fatigued.

If he will completely leave YouTube, it will open up new doors for other YouTube channels who are hoping to taste the same success as PewDiePie did. A reddit user decoded his latest video and states that we might be seeing the last videos of Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg.
