The first Nokia-branded smartphones to be released in 2017 by the folks over at HMD Global seems likely to belong to the mid-range category. We expect the Finnish company to embrace an aggressive pricing strategy to catch as much market share as possible.

The Nokia D1C will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor. It will also come with Full HD screen which measures 5.5-inch and it will sport a 13-megapixel rear camera. On the rear, there will be an 8-megapixel camera. The phone will likely use a customized edition of Android Nougat. It is more likely that the higher-priced variant will have a 16-megapixel camera and might come with more internal storage. The base variant may come along with 16GB internal storage.

The rest of the phones' specs and features look pretty similar: 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor with Adreno 505 graphics processing unit, A 16GB storage, and also 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
