Microsoft Surface Pro 5 Specs

Rumor suggests that the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 will integrate the recently unveiled Kaby Lake chipset. On previous reports, it dished that this was one of the many reasons why Microsoft delayed the release of the "laplets." On the other hand, Intel recently unveiled the 40 different chipsets at the CES 2017 in Las Vegas.

But according to NeuroGadget, Microsoft Surface Pro 5 will come with a 2K screen, but to those people who want to spend for the best experience can get the Surface Pro 5 with the 4K model. Aside from that, there might be an update to increase the previous capacity of the RAM up to 16GB.

Microsoft Surface Pro 5 Release Date

October has become a historical month for Microsoft Surface series. As we remember, Microsoft announced the Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book back in October 2015. The high-end Surface Book i7 was announced in October 2016, along with the Microsoft Surface Studio and Microsoft Surface Dial. Though a majority of the Surface family products have been released in the month of October, a few of debuts have also come in February and June, such as the Surface Pro 3.

As reported by CNET, though some rumors point to an early release of the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 this year, we don't expect to see the most anticipated all-in-one windows 10 until the spring of the year 2017, at the soonest.

Microsoft Surface Pro 5 Price

Microsoft Surface pricing has sparsely shifted year after year, according to TechRadar. Because of that reason, people expect to see the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 with price starting at $899. That is equivalent to £749 or AU$1,349. It can escalate from that price depending on specially configured hardware and bundled accessories that Microsoft will announce.
