Resident Evil 7 Update: Capcom Takes Players To The Creepy Mansion Via Latest Video Trailer

The release of Resident Evil 7 is just about two weeks away and in order to promote hype for this survival horror game, Capcom revealed a new trailer for the game. This Resident Evil 7 video shows fans the Baker family plantation, and what made it even more terrifying are the Bakers' kidnapping plot and cannibalism schemes.

This new live-action trailer for Resident Evil 7 repeatedly gave its fans the idea that the Baker family are not only aggressive psychopaths, but they are cannibals as well. There is a trailer that was released before that showed us an idea about the family's cannibalism, and it showed the main character Ethan Winters struggling during a dinner that served unrecognizable meat on the table. This new trailer gave a live-action take on the same table that was previously shown in the first trailer, and it exhibited a severed human hand along with other weird meat and some presumed human bones.

Other than the disgusting kitchen that was shown, the trailer also gave a look at the Baker family plantation. Another location that seems interesting is a mattress that has a rope and some set of keys that is placed above it. This scene implies that one victim of the Baker family was held on the mattress at some point in time, and this could give a clue that it is related to the life-or-death puzzles that the player will encounter during the final game.

Some of the images in the trailer featured the Beginning demo in a lot of ways. Some of the areas that can be noticed in the trailer looks similar to the rooms where players can explore in the demo, as reported by Game Rant. It also has the same wallpaper, junk, and decorations. Resident Evil 7 will be released on Jan. 24 for PC, PlayStation VR, PS4, and Xbox One.
