Clash Royale News, Guide: How To Change Your Password When It Has Been Hacked?

Supercell has sent an alarming email to the players who are part of Clash Royale Clash of Clans' forums informing them that the site has been breached by hackers. The good news is that the players can retrieve their account by following some steps.

How To Retrieve Personal Accounts In Forums Of Clash Royale?

According to Express, the breach in Supercell forums happened last September 2016. However, the developer has already heightened the security of the forums for its popular games. The developer is only suggesting that the players will change their passwords to avoid any problems.

But before they can change their password in Supercell, the players must change the passwords with the same email address they have logged in the forum. After that, the players can now change their passwords in the forums.

They can use password manager like 1password and haveibeenpwned in order to secure if their accounts have been hacked and if their passwords are strong enough. In addition, Supercell is urging the players to change their passwords in their gaming accounts in Clash Royale and Clash of Clans.

Why The Accounts Of The Players In Supercell Has Been Hacked

Since the hacking of Supercell's forum sites happened last year, the developer is sure that this is part of the worldwide breach with the major technological companies. Yahoo has suffered with the same hacking problems previously.

Also, oobile network Three has encountered the same hacking problems before. However, Supercell explained to the players that the company will make sure that the players need not to worry about any future breaching that might occur again.

Hopefully, players who are members of Supercell's forums for Clash Royale and Clash of Clans should know that their accounts are finally safe. Moreover, it is also important to note that their progress in both games have been saved.
