Telltale Games The Walking Dead Season 3 Update: Episode 3 Won't Be Arriving This Month

The Walking Dead: A New Frontier is the Season 3 of the series. It began with a revolutionary two-episode release last Dec. 2016, and this left players questioning as to how long will they have to wait again for the release of Episode 3.

Job Stauffer of Telltale Games explained on Twitter that The Walking Dead: A New Frontier Episode 3 will not be arriving this month, but they are hoping to have news about it on February. He even said that it will be a big episode and is indeed worth the wait. He also explained that the two-episode premiere did not impact their schedule. Furthermore, he said that the two-part premiere sort of placed them in a somewhat unique rollout, so they are surely working based on a lot of feedback for Episode 3, according to Attack of the Fan Boy.

He went on to explained further about the elements of this upcoming episode and it seems to feature a hugely interesting scene especially with series mainstay Clementine. Stauffer explained that he is super excited about the feedback that they received over the holidays and that Clementine's episode 3 scene literally broke him.

It was sort of a surprise to notice how little Clementine's involvement was in the major events of the first two episodes of the series. It was actually true when Telltale mentioned that the game would be featuring two playable characters. So Clementine took a step back further for her role, as her moments were recalled as flashbacks to show what her origins are after the grand conclusion of The Walking Dead: Season 2.

Fans of the Walking Dead are getting back into the story of Clementine for this new game and it is expected that it will create new impressions. The player is tasked to take control over the flashback chapters of Clementine, and this will not have an effect for the overall arc of the story as well as her relationship with other characters.
