It seems the NBA trade rumors that suggest Kevin Love will be exchanged by the Cleveland Cavaliers for Carmelo Anthony has peeved no less than Lebron James himself. There are a lot of these rumors going around lately that seem to indicate the exchange will push through. But James quashed the issue altogether by his recent comments.

James Lebron Did Not Like These Rumors

These NBA trade rumors have been circulating in the past few months. They didn't settle well with the Cavs, especially James. The power forward was asked recently about his feelings regarding the supposed Anthony for Love trade. He vehemently said that it's trash. He even added that the one who wrote about the supposed trade is trash too.

Apparently, he was referring to a NY News Daily report that it is him who is trying to push his team to exchange Love for Anthony. On their part, the Cleveland Cavaliers have flatly denied that James is working to get Anthony join the Cavs in exchange for Love. Fans of Love will be happy to know that these NBA trade rumors involving him and Anthony are not true after all.

James made his statements after a grueling game against the Wizards, which the Cavs won in overtime. James even hinted that these NBA trade rumors shouldn't have been spread after that kind of game. In that game, Love was instrumental in the Cavs win, with 29 points and 12 rebounds.

Some NBA Trade Rumors Say Brandon Knight Is Going To The Timberwolves

Meanwhile, there are also NBA trade rumors involving Brandon Knight of the Phoenix Suns. These rumors suggest that he is being eyed by the Minnesota Timberwolves to beef up their roster. It seems that the infusion of Knight to the team will increase their chances of turning around their losing season. Currently, the Timberwolves has a disappointing 19-33 record.

Some sports analysts say that if the Timberwolves can maintain their core unit and add Knight to their roster, they will be a team to contend with in the Western Conference. Knight's average of 16 points 5 assists are still impressive. The Phoenix Suns are reportedly making a move to trade him before the current trade deadline.
