Fans of Alex in "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 were happy now that they are sure of his fate. But then, another veteran cast member and a close friend of Alex appears to have fallen into some kind of issues as well. Because of a recent administrative change in Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, Meredith has made some actions that will lead her into trouble.
Meredith Is Not Following Her Superior's Instructions
This week's episode of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 will see Meredith going against the orders of Bailey. Her refusal to follow orders will lead her into some kind of suspension from the hospital. But there's another character who might not return after the current season of the show. Dr. Stephanie Edwards, played by Jerrika Hinton, will not be around after season 13 due to other professional commitments.
The Presence Of Minnick Caused The Problems
It can be recalled that Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital has brought in Eliza Minnick in "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 to overhaul the residents' program. But these did not sit well with the attendings although many residents liked the idea. The attendings didn't like the fact that Richard Webber was pushed aside having trained a lot of residents throughout the years.
In "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 episode 12, Meredith will go against the orders of Bailey. The title of the episode "None of Your Business" appropriately reveals what fans should expect. In last week's episode, fans saw several attendings refusing to let Minnick enter their ORs. Arizona and Riggs were two of the attendings that refused to work with Minnick.
Bailey's Call For A Meeting in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 Was Ignored
Bailey, being the one in charge of the hospital, called for a meeting with the attendings. But none of them showed up. Now, the heat is getting turned up by Meredith by refusing to follow the instructions of Minnick. This is hinted at the teaser trailer for the next episode of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13. Will this cause the suspension of Meredith from the hospital? Fans will know when they tune into the show which runs on Thursday night, 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
