After the three-judge panel made their 29-page decision regarding the Appeal sent by President Trump's administration on the reinstatement of the "Travel Ban", President Trump States his intent to come up with a new executive Order.

President Trump Released A Statement Regarding A New Executive Order

According to President Donald Trump, after his team's appeal was declined, he is now taking into account the composition of a "New Immigration Ban" for he strongly believes on the threat the nation is up against if the executive Order isn't implemented.

Trump Ready To Take The Order To The Supreme Court

According to a reporter who interviewed Mr. Donald Trump inside the "Air Force One", the President is ready to take all ways possible-even taking the case to the Supreme Court to seek for approval for he believes that the proceedings of the case is too plodding for his taste.

This statement made by the White House infused confusion as the administration previously stated that they would not seek assistance from the Supreme Court.

According to Trump, he believes that they will now "win the battle" and that they have numerous choices, including making a new one."We're going to have very, very strong vetting. I call it extreme vetting, and we're going very strong on security. We are going to have people coming to our country that want to be here for good reason." Trump stated pertaining to his will to come up with a new Executive Order regarding Immigration Ban.

According to a statement released by Representative Joseph Crowley of New York they will fight on behalf of what is American, on behalf of the immigrants who came to America in the past and who will come to America in the future.
