Viewers were shocked by Michael's death in last week's episode of "Jane the Virgin." Three years later, everything has changed in Jane's life. "Jane the Virgin" season 3, episode 12 spoilers reveal Jane will think of quitting his publishing job. Meanwhile, Jane and Rafael are getting closer again.

In "Jane the Virgin" season 3, episode 11, Jane (Gina Rodriguez) and Rafael (Justin Baldoni) looks rather friendly solving issues on Mateo's behavioral problems. A report revealed Jane might rekindle her love with Rafael, however, viewers might have to wait a very long time for that. Three years is barely enough to ease the pain of losing Michael. Jane's phone background is an evidence to that. In the last minute of the episode, Jane received a call from an editor who was interested in her book about Michael's story. Maybe this would be her first step to moving on.

The official synopsis for "Jane the Virgin" season 3, episode 12 via Spoiler TV revealed Jane might quit her publishing job. It was her dream job but it didn't turn out as she imagined, not to mention she has a rather bitchy boss. The promo for episode 12 showed Jane's boss reprimanding her for her cold latte and slamming the cup to her face. It also showed Jane ecstatically telling her boss about the book deal.

Meanwhile, there will be an issue at Marbella again. Petra (Yael Grobglas) will need to do some damage control after a horrific discovery at the hotel. Rafael is also getting involved in the business. The synopsis revealed he will find a suitable person to manage the hotel lounge. As for Xo (Andrea Navedo) and Rogelio (Jaime Camil), they will try to fix their friendship in episode 12, however, Xo will find out he has been lying all this time.

"Jane the Virgin" season 3, episode 12 will air on Monday, Feb 20 at 9 p.m. EST on The CW. Brett Dier is also making an appearance as Michael in the episode.
