Samsung Silently Launches The Galaxy C5 Pro

Samsung has finally launched the long-rumored Galaxy C5 Pro. This new Galaxy phone comes two months after the unveiling of the Galaxy C7 Pro. Basically, the C5 Pro is a smaller version of the C7 Pro phablet.

Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro Specs

According to GSM Arena, the Galaxy C5 Pro is a dual-sim enabled device that comes with a 5.2 inch Super AMOLED display. It also boasts of its 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution and its Android Nougat OS. As for the processor part, the Galaxy C5 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 625 chipset.

Moreover, there is a 16 MP camera both on the front and on the rear of the phone. The Galaxy C5 Pro then comes with a 64 GB internal storage and 4 GB worth of RAM. There's also a microSD slot for up to 256 GB external storage. On top of it all, this new Galaxy phone also comes with a front-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro sports an FM radio like most midranges do. Since the phone is on the lower-end of the sizing spectrum, it comes with a smaller yet sufficient battery with 2600 mAh power. The Galaxy C5 Pro comes in Lake Blue, Powder Rose, and Maple Leaf color variants.

Reports suggest that the Galaxy C5 Pro will be released within this March. However, as per Sam Mobile, it's still uncertain as to whether or not the phone will hit the international market. As of now, the Galaxy C5 Pro has only become live in Samsung's China website where the company went into details as to what the new phone can do.

In the phone's product page, Samsung shared what pre-loaded applications the C5 Pro comes with, alongside all the improvements that the new Galaxy phone brings in. This even includes minor apps like the calculator that can now offer real-time conversion rates. The dedicated web page also reveals that the Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro will support Samsung Pay.
